- Are the art works presented on the site authentic?
Yes, each work has a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
- How do I buy an artwork?
Add an item to the shopping cart and go to the order page. Fill in all necessary data and click on «Buy». We will contact you in order to confirm your order and discuss payment terms and time of delivery. Once the necessary sum is received on our account, we will mail the item to the address you indicated in the order.
- How do I pay for my order?
There are a number of payment options to choose from:
- PayPal;
- Western Union;
- MoneyGram;
- bank transfer;
- in cash to a messenger (if you are in Moscow, Russian Federation, or in Prague, Czech Republic.)
- Is it safe to send my personal information to you?
We do not transfer, sell or share your personal information with third parties. The safe keeping of your personal data is our priority task. - I like an item, and I would like to reserve it in order to buy later. Is it possible?
Yes, it is, for not more than 2 weeks. Click on “Reserve it” near an artwork you have chosen and select a desired time period. Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation email (please make sure to check your spam folder as well, unfortunately our emails may be put in there.)
- How well is it packaged?
Each piece is packaged by hand with the use of durable materials; the most part of works are placed in tubes or safely packed in bubble wrap.
- What delivery methods do you use?
The basic delivery method is EMS post service, and, by arrangement with you, we can use services of: DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS, UPS.If you are in Moscow, Russian Federation, or in Prague, Czech Republic, the delivery by a messenger service is possible.
- How much does the delivery cost?
We deliver free of charge, if the total sum of your purchase is equal to or higher than 500$. In all other cases, the delivery cost will not exceed 30$. In some cases, a free-of-charge delivery by a messenger is possible, depending on where you live.
- Who bears possible customs duties?
The buyer is responsible for any possible customs duties. There are no customs duties for USA and Canada residents at the moment. Before making a purchase, find out about any possible customs duties applicable in your country to be prepared to extra costs related to the purchase. As a rule, any customs duties are paid by a messenger (courier) service, which delivers the goods.
- Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. In some cases, we cannot ship artwork to certain countries because of customs regulations in effect. The buyer will be notified in due time, if the delivery is not possible. Before making a purchase, find out as well about any possible customs duties applicable in your country to be prepared to extra costs related to the purchase. We do not bear any responsibility for possible delays in delivery, as we cannot influence the customs operations or post service speed.
- How do I track my order?
Within 48 hours after your order has been sent for delivery, we will email you your order dispatch (tracking) number and a web link to track your order status online.
- What, if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Order returns are available for three days after the receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within three days. Please make sure that the artwork remains in the same state and is packaged exactly the same way it was at the moment of receipt. The buyer will pay for the order return including postage, insurance, export permit and other incidental expenses. An order refund minus postage, insurance, export permit and other incidental expenses will be issued upon the fact of the artwork arrival.
- What, if the artwork was damaged during delivery?
In case of any damage during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep the purchase with all the documents, package and box, as you will need them in order to make an application to the post service for insurance indemnity.
