Malgorzata Kruk (born on Sep 16, 1962) lives in a small village Rzemień near Mielec ,in the south –eastern Poland . She started her adventure with painting in 1995 and it resulted in a publication of her first album titled MIELEC- REGION JAK MALOWANY ( MIELEC – A PICTURESQUE REGION) in 1995. In 1996 she received a prize from the President of Mielec - "for particular achievements in the area of culture and creative activity in cultural life of the town". In 1997 her next album titled "PICTURESQUE BEAUTY OF MIELEC REGION’ came out, and in 1998 another album called "EXTRAORDINARY HISTORY AND ACTRACTIVE PRESENT DAY OF PRZECLAW COMMUNITY" was published where Malgorzata Kruk is the author of texts and drawings. Many paintings of this author have been used in calendars and brochures of many companies.
Malgorzata Kruk is a co-founder of Jan Stanislawski Memorial Association of Artistic Creators of Culture in Mielec.
During the years 1999-2001 she studied in Mielec University continuing her painting passion. Her Bachelor Thesis was "Trade of Works of Art in Poland ". The Masters Thesis from 2003 was completed in Institute of Technology in Rzeszow on Management & Marketing faculty. The title was "Marketing in the Trade of Works of Art in Poland ".
The artist participates in open artistic contests, as she doesn't have a degree in Arts. In 2002 her painting titled "I came out of the blue colour “ was qualified to the finals in the Polish open contest for the PICTURE OF 2001, organized by ART&BUSINESS magazine. She is a recognized artist with 20 years of practice, first at water-colours and then in oil-paintings.
