Born may 10, 1958 near Novogrudok, Grodno region, Belarus).
In 1988 he graduated from the faculty of painting and graphic arts National University of arts named after N. To. Krupskaya (, Moscow).
Led children's art Studio located at Minsk airport.
Since 1991, as an independent artist.

Since the late 1980-ies Victor vasyukevich writes abstract geometric compositions. In the 2000s comes to the new author's style, which is called "light chasers" or "light vision", close to abstract expressionism.
To maintain a sense of colour Victor vasyukevich many works in the classical genres of painting - landscape and still life. Interest and graphics artist, which resembles a sort of exercises for the development of abstract thinking in the visual arts.

First solo exhibition was held in 1991 in the Republican house of arts (Minsk, Belarus).
In 2011, took part in the International plein air 'mark Rothko' (Daugavpils, Latvia).

The artist's works are in the collections of the Museum of modern art (Minsk), Art center. Mark Rothko (Daugavpils, Latvia), Belarusian Museum in new York, as well as in private collections around the world.
